Order
Your artwork is crafted as close to you as possible, allowing us to deliver it more efficiently while maintaining the same level of quality and care.
Each piece is carefully prepared for your order within 1–5 business days.
Once ready, it is shipped with trusted carriers such as FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, or La Poste, depending on your location.
Delivery times vary slightly by region, but most orders arrive within a few days after dispatch.
If you've changed your mind about an order please get in touch as quickly as possible via email contact@artevegallery.com. We process orders each morning - Paris time. So if it's not yet been processed we'll be able to cancel it or change it for another item. Once the order has been processed we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel it.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped which will include a tracking number, please refer back to this for any updates. Should you have any questions regarding your delivery please get in touch, we're more than happy to help.
Everything we send is fully tracked so as soon as your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please check your junk folders!

If for any reason your items did not arrive in the promised condition or have been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of both the product and the packaging. We will be happy to organise a replacement at no cost to you.
- Photo retouch services: color adjustments, object/person removal.
- We do offer a range of custom sizes so please get in touch if you have a special size in mind.
- For custom or bespoke orders, we frequently provide minor adjustments at no extra cost. However, for more extensive modifications, an additional fee might apply.
We understand how frustrating this can be! If the carrier has marked your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re unable to take direct action, as we can’t verify the status ourselves. Unfortunately, this means we can’t reship or refund the order.
However, all hope isn’t lost! Sometimes, delivery drivers leave packages in unexpected places. We recommend checking around your home or contacting the carrier directly to get more details on the delivery. For instance, they may tell you something like: "Left under the table on the back porch."
If you still can’t locate your package after reaching out to the carrier. We suggest submitting a claim with the carrier to address the issue.
REFUND POLICY
Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If something isn’t right — whether it arrives damaged or incorrect — we’ll make it right. Just reach out with a clear photo, and we’ll take care of it.

Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered to you, we will provide a refund or a free replacement as applicable. Please contact us at contact@artevegallery.com with a photo of the damaged artwork and the packaging, and we will do our best to make it right!
Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days from the delivery day.
We work hard to ensure the images displayed on the website depict the art accurately. Due to variations in screen brightness and resolutions, printed art and frame finish coloring may differ slightly from what is shown on a computer or device.

Digital download
Digital Download will come with 5 JPEG files for each print with different ratios. Each JPEG has high resolutions, 300 DPI for professional printing.
Square print is facutive, availability depends on the original artwork.
After purchasing a digital download, a PDF file containing the art file in various aspect ratios will be sent directly to you via email to download and enjoy! Our digital downloads can be printed or used on devices such as the Samsung Frame TV. Digital downloads are to be used for personal use and are not to be resold or distributed.
